    1. Thank you. Death, Fires, power outages, the Covid19, and other disastrous things have always stirred up my emotional thinking.

      During those time because of my ex-husband’s line of work he was never around to comfort me. I would have to deal with it alone. And I always wanted to hear that everything was going to be okay.

      So when these things happen part of me still longs for that comfort in having someone reassure me that everything is good and everyone is safe.

      The good thing is that I am aware of how triggering these things can be for me. So I start focusing on reading my Bible, watching sermons on YouTube, meditating, working out or anything to take my mind off of my trigger.

      I ended up seeing this video in my YouTube feed and it was exactly the logic that I needed to hear at that moment. And I really enjoy the biblical perspective on narcissistic abuse.

      So I thought I would share.
