Juicing: Heathly Choices

I am juicing again. Absolutely love doing this. My favorite juice as of right now has the following ingredients:


Sweet Potato




Ginger root

  1. This looks like a healthy, and tasty combination, Serene. I juice vegetables and fruits, too. I don’t do it everyday, but I really should. It’s just I only juice organic produce, or items on the Clean List that have barely detectable pesticides. Organic is a bit more difficult to find during the winter months, though.
